The Digital Asset Token (DAT) represents a real, land-backed ecosystem designed to create new opportunities for real estate investment. DATs aim to bring the traditional real estate market, valued at over two hundred fifty trillion dollars, into the crypto space. The Digital Asset Token (DAT) provides a unique model for fractional ownership of land. Through a decentralized and blockchain-backed approach, DATs represent surveyed land plots, often upgraded with renewable energy sources like solar or wind, as well as farming initiatives that enhance land value. This tokenized model allows multiple investors to collectively own sections of land, secured via exclusive partnerships with real estate agents and brokers. (DAT) stands for digital asset token, essentially an NFT. A Non-Fungible Token (NFT) is a unit of data stored on a digital ledger, called a blockchain, that certifies a digital asset to be unique and therefore not interchangeable. NFTs can be used to represent items such as art, property, and assets. In the case of LiquidManzana, our DATs are an immutable digital representation of ownership in physical land.
The Property Trust is the secure custodian of all real estate assets LiquidManzana owns. Real estate assets are locked inside the Property Trust. LiquidManzana cannot sell or remove any asset once the Property Trust takes full custody over the asset, the asset is minted into an (NFT) or as termed by LiquidManzana – (DAT). To take full custody and control of an asset in the Property Trust, an entity or person will have to obtain 100% ownership of the NFTs minted of said asset. Once an asset is removed or sold, the correlated NFT will be destroyed or burnt. Our Property Trust will be 3rd party audited quarterly.
The LiquidManzana Vault
LiquidManzana will be a cryptographic utility token and traded on third-party exchanges.
The consumers that hold LiquidManzana DATs own the land.

The land held in custody by LiquidManzana Vault will be insured with traditional insurance.
The third-party audit will consist of an outside, non-biased company auditing LiquidManzana's Vault to insure full disclosure and transparency of LiquidManzana's Vault's real estate holdings, this can also be checked independently by researching Texas State LLC filing trust records and tax records.
The "transaction fees" are broker fees on the DAT market place to LiquidManzana.
Liquidity pool farming and Liquidity mining, also known as yield farming, is the act of providing liquidity via cryptocurrencies to decentralized exchanges (DEXs). Since the primary goal of an exchange is to be liquid, DEXs seek to reward users willing to bring capital to their platform.
Developer Pool is our developer fund for furthering improving and coding the Liquid Manzana market place.
DAT (time released) will encourage decentralization and distribution of DATs to consumers so one entity cannot acquire 100% of the DATs on market.
DEFI meaning Decentralized Finance on the blockchain. DATs will be integrated with DEFI companies, users will be able to collateralize their DAT assets and take out loans against them.
